【1】Standard dimensions

The width tolerance is +-2mm, the incision is straight, the section is neat, and the thickness tolerance is +-0.03mm.

【2】Coating

The type of coating should meet the contract requirements, the color of the coating should be uniform without obvious color difference, and the thickness of the coating should meet the contract requirements.

【3】Surface inspection

The surface of the coil should be flat, without obvious unevenness, warpage, deformation, smooth surface, no oil stains, no bubbles, shrinkage holes, leakage of coating and other defects that are not conducive to use. The defective part of the steel coil shall not exceed 5% of the total length of each coil, and there shall be no obvious scratches, bumps and scars.
