The surface of aluminum zinc coated steel plate has a unique smooth, flat, and gorgeous zinc flower, with a silver white base color. The coating composition is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight.
The production process of aluminum zinc coated steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate, both of which are continuous melt coating processes. The weight ratios of the coating composition combination are aluminum accounting for 55% (surface capacity ratio of 80%), zinc accounting for 43.4%, and silicon accounting for 1.6%. Therefore, this product can best utilize the long-term corrosion resistance and heat resistance of aluminum and the galvanic corrosion effect of zinc.

The corrosion problem of the cut surface of aluminum zinc coated aluminum zinc steel plate with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating is the biggest concern for users since the commercialization of aluminum zinc coated steel plate. However, after more than 15 years of practical experience in various environments, aluminum zinc coated steel plates have been proven to have excellent corrosion resistance even in cross-section.
